Working in tandem with your REOZOM representative, University Title Agency initiates the communication
process with the buyer and their Real Estate Agent to let them know we are working for you, the
seller.
Utilizing our decades of experience we continue navigating the closing process on your behalf.
Communcation is the key as we keep you, the seller, informed every step of the way.
As your closing date rapidly approaches we are working and communciationg with all parties to
estabilish a closing date, time and location that works for both sides of the transaction. Our goal
is to provide you the closing documents 2-3 days in advance so that you are confident and ready when
your big day arrives.
After the buyer and seller execute their documents, we finalize the process by disbursing the funds
to all parties involved. We can provide your proceeds in the form of a check or wire at your
convenience.
