A: No, it's absolutely free

A: Yes, all listings automatically expire within within a year of the listing date. This is to ensure that we're not wasting space on our site with properties that have already sold.

Q: Can I extend my listing?

A: Yes, click on "MY LISTINGS" then click On "EXTEND LISTING". Then choose the amount of time you would like to extend your listing for.

Q: Can I cancel my listing at anytime?

A: Yes, click on "MY LISTINGS" then click on "CANCEL LISTING".

Q: How do I edit my listing and contact information?

A: Click on "MY LISTINGS" then click on "EDIT PROPERTY DATA" or "UPDATE CONTACT INFORMATION" depending on which one you want to do.

Q: How do I add and delete photos on my properties listing page?

A: Click on "MY LISTING" then click on "ADD/DELETE PROPERTY PHOTOS".

Q: How do I find out how many viewings my property has had?

A: Click on "MY LISTINGS" then click on "VIEW MY VIEWINGS".

Q: Who pays for title insurance and how do i know i am getting the best possible rate?

A: In most states title insurance is paid by the seller at closing. The cost is determined by the purchase price. The vast majority of states regulate the title insurace rates. Therefore, the rates are going to be the same regardless of what title company you chose to go with.

Q: What happens if I don't sell my property, am I still obligated to pay for the insurance policy I ordered?

A: No, not if you ordered it through our site. Most title insurance companies require For Sale By Owners to pay a non-refundable up-front fee when they order preliminary title insurance. Land America Lawyers Title Company has decided to waive this requirement exclusively for our users only.

A: Yes, that's correct; You don't pay anything until you actually sell the property.

Q: Will my title insurance policy transfer if I feel I am unable to sell my property on my own and decide to go with a Realtor instead?

A: Yes, it will transfer, there is no need to order new title insurance. Inform the Realtor that you've already obtained a preliminary title insurance policy through Land America Lawyers Title Company.

A: No, you can use the same username and password to add as many listings as you would like. Simply log in with your current username and password, click on "Add New Listing" under the seller link.

A: Log in, click on "Edit My Info" under the Buyer/Seller links.

Q: How do I stop e-mail alerts from being sent to me?

A: Log in, click on "My Favorites" then click on "Stop E-mail alerts".

Q: How do I schedule an open house?

A: Log on, click on "Edit My Listings" then click on "Schedule an Open House".

Q: Can I add features or obtain services after I've already listed my property?

A: Yes, log in and click on "Edit My Listings" then click on "Add Features or Services to My Listing".
